Hash Hedge FAQ: Accounts, Challenge Rules, Trading and Payouts

This Hash Hedge FAQ explains the main platform rules in a clear and practical format. It covers customer support, Challenge payments, Daily Loss, Settlement Time, trading days, leverage, margin modes, hedging, available assets, funded accounts and withdrawal limits.

Hash Hedge can update product conditions and platform functions. For this reason, the rules attached to the selected Challenge and the information displayed in the trader dashboard should take priority if they differ from an older guide. Traders should review the current terms before paying for an evaluation or opening a position.

Hash Hedge Support and General Platform Questions

How can I contact Hash Hedge support?

Hash Hedge provides several official customer-support channels. The quickest option is usually the live-chat icon located in the lower-right corner of the official website. Users can also send an email to support@hashhedge.com or open the official Telegram bot at @hashhedgesupportbot.

When reporting a problem, include the email connected to the account, Challenge or order number, date, time zone and a screenshot of the error. Payment enquiries should also contain the public transaction hash. Never send a password, one-time authentication code, wallet seed phrase or private key.

Where can I learn how Hash Hedge works?

The Hash Hedge User Guide contains instructions covering registration, Challenge enrollment, the trading module, Daily Loss calculations, position limits, fees and withdrawals. The live purchase page and dashboard should still be checked because older guide pages may describe previous product conditions.

Is Hash Hedge a downloadable application?

Hash Hedge primarily operates through a browser-based client area and built-in trading terminal. Users register on the website, purchase a Challenge and open the assigned account from the dashboard. A separate MetaTrader or cTrader installation is not required for the standard platform workflow.

What is the difference between registration and a Challenge account?

Registration creates a personal client profile. It provides access to Accounts, Orders, Profile, Wallet and Help, but it does not create an active evaluation. A Challenge account appears after the user selects an eligible package and completes the required payment.

Challenge Payments and Account Access

Which payment methods are accepted for a Hash Hedge Challenge?

Challenge purchases are paid in USDT. Supported blockchain networks include Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana, BEP-20, ERC-20 and TRC-20. The network selected at checkout must be identical to the withdrawal network selected in the sending wallet or exchange.

Users should send the exact amount requested before the payment window expires. Exchange withdrawal charges and blockchain fees must not reduce the received amount below the checkout total. Save the transaction hash until the new Challenge appears in the Accounts section.

What should I do if I paid but the Challenge does not appear?

First, check that the USDT transaction is confirmed on the correct blockchain and that the complete required amount was received. Then open Orders and verify the payment status. Do not create another order merely because the blockchain confirmation is taking longer than expected.

If the transaction is confirmed but the account remains unavailable, contact support and provide the registered email, order number, payment network and public transaction hash. Users with an older Challenge should also check whether it remains in the Old Client Area.

Can a promotional code be used when buying a Challenge?

A valid coupon can be entered in the promotional-code field during checkout. The discount must appear in the updated order total before payment. A code generally cannot be added retroactively after the transaction has been completed.

Hash Hedge Challenge Rules

Which requirements must be completed during a Challenge?

A trader must achieve the profit objective assigned to the current stage, remain within the maximum daily and overall loss limits and complete the minimum number of qualifying trading days. The exact percentages depend on whether the account follows a one-stage or two-stage evaluation.

Meeting the profit target alone may not complete the stage. The minimum trading-day requirement and every compliance rule must also be satisfied. Open positions generally need to be closed before the account can move to the next stage.

What happens if a loss limit is exceeded?

Exceeding either the Daily Loss limit or the maximum overall drawdown causes the Challenge to be permanently blocked. A later market recovery does not reverse a breach that has already occurred. The restriction can apply even when the loss came from an open position that had not yet been manually closed.

If the trader believes the result was caused by an incorrect calculation or technical incident, the account number, order identifiers, timestamps and screenshots should be preserved for a support review. A review does not guarantee that a valid rule violation will be cancelled.

How Is Daily Loss Calculated?

Daily Loss measures the change between the account’s current Equity and its Balance at the beginning of the trading day. The current formula published in the Hash Hedge guide is:

Daily Loss = Current Equity − Balance at the start of the day

Balance reflects the account after closed trades, trading fees and funding charges have been applied. Equity changes in real time and includes floating profit or loss from every open position:

Equity = Balance + Floating PnL

For example, if the starting Balance is $10,000 and Current Equity falls to $9,700, the Daily Loss result is −$300. On an account with a $500 daily limit, the threshold has not yet been crossed. Fees and funding can reduce Balance or Equity and must be included when monitoring the remaining allowance.

A detailed explanation with calculation examples is available in the official Daily Loss guide.

What Is Settlement Time?

Settlement Time is the daily account-calculation point used to establish the new starting Balance for the following trading day. The current Hash Hedge Daily Loss guide states that the limit is updated at 00:13 UTC+4.

Open positions do not disappear at Settlement Time. Their unrealized profit or loss continues to affect Equity after the new trading day begins. Traders holding positions through settlement should calculate the remaining loss allowance carefully instead of assuming that risk has been reset to the full percentage.

Do open positions affect Challenge loss limits?

Yes. Unrealized PnL is included in Equity, so an open losing position can reduce the available Daily Loss and overall drawdown allowance. The account can breach a limit before the position is manually closed.

Floating profit can also change when the market moves. It should not be treated as a permanent buffer because it can disappear quickly, especially in volatile or low-liquidity markets.

What counts as a trading day?

A trading day is counted when at least one new position is opened. If a position is opened on one day and closed on the following day, the activity normally represents one trading day because the opening event occurred only on the first day.

Closing an older position without opening a new one may not create another qualifying trading day. Traders should use the counter shown in the dashboard rather than estimating progress only from calendar dates.

Multiple Challenges and Funded Accounts

Can I Participate in Several Challenges at the Same Time?

Multiple evaluation Challenges can be active within one client profile before the funded stage. Each account remains separate and has its own balance, equity, targets and drawdown calculations. Profit on one Challenge cannot offset a loss-limit breach on another.

At the funded or Trader stage, the platform rule allows only one active account for each denomination. For example, a one-stage $100,000 account and a two-stage $100,000 account are treated as the same $100,000 denomination, so only one of them can be traded at that stage.

This permission should not be confused with opening several personal client profiles. The Hash Hedge registration terms describe a user profile as personal and state that duplicate profiles created without approval may be restricted.

Can I hedge between different Challenges?

Opposite positions may be permitted inside one account, but coordinated hedging across separate Challenges or users is restricted. Traders must not create offsetting exposure across accounts to engineer a guaranteed or near-guaranteed evaluation outcome.

The multi-account rules are detailed and can cover correlated instruments, similar timing and coordinated activity. Anyone planning to use several accounts should obtain written clarification from support before opening a strategy that could be interpreted as cross-account hedging.

I completed the Challenge. What happens next?

After all objectives are completed, Hash Hedge can review the account’s performance, trading history and compliance with the rules. Identity or performance verification may also be required. A successful review makes the trader eligible to move to a Trader or funded account.

The current public offer advertises a profit split of up to 90%, although older commercial documents and guides may refer to an 80% share. The percentage and payout conditions attached to the purchased plan and displayed in the Trader dashboard are the controlling terms.

A completed Challenge does not make its simulated evaluation profit withdrawable. Only qualifying profit generated under the applicable Trader account and withdrawal rules can become eligible for payment.

Does a funded account still have risk limits?

Yes. Removing the evaluation profit target does not remove the Daily Loss, maximum drawdown, leverage or prohibited-practice rules. The funded-stage limits depend on the Challenge route and conditions assigned to the account.

Assets, Leverage and Trading Functions

Which cryptocurrencies can be traded on Hash Hedge?

The platform supports more than 160 crypto instruments. The selection includes major assets and numerous altcoins, but position limits differ substantially by market. A large nominal account balance does not mean that the complete balance can be allocated to every instrument.

The current list of instruments and their individual and total exposure caps is available on the Hash Hedge Coins Limit page. Traders should check the intended asset before purchasing a Challenge or calculating position size.

What is the maximum leverage?

Hash Hedge provides leverage of up to 1:5. The actual available exposure can also be limited by account Equity, margin requirements and the position cap assigned to the selected instrument.

Using the highest available leverage is not mandatory. Leverage magnifies both profit and loss, which can cause Equity to approach a drawdown threshold much faster.

Is a Stop Loss mandatory?

No. Hash Hedge does not require every position to have a Stop Loss order. Nevertheless, the trader remains fully responsible for staying within the daily and overall loss limits. If a risk threshold is crossed, the Challenge can be blocked and positions may be closed by the system.

A Stop Loss is a risk-management tool rather than protection against every possible outcome. Slippage, gaps or rapid volatility can cause execution away from the selected trigger. The platform instructions for protective orders are available in the Take Profit and Stop Loss guide.

Can Cross and Isolated Margin Be Used Simultaneously?

No. One account cannot use Cross Margin and Isolated Margin at the same time. Cross Margin shares available margin across positions, whereas Isolated Margin assigns separate margin to an individual position.

To change the active margin mode, all open positions must be closed and pending orders must be cancelled. Attempting to switch while exposure remains active can cause the platform to reject the change.

Can I open long and short positions on the same asset?

Yes. The platform allows opposite positions within the same account, such as a BTC long and BTC short. In Cross Margin, their combined PnL affects the shared account Equity. In Isolated Margin, each position has its own allocated margin and liquidation conditions.

The permission applies to hedging contained within one account. Opposite positions distributed across several Challenges or coordinated users can violate the cross-account hedging rules.

Can positions remain open for several days?

Yes. Positions can be held overnight or across several trading days. Floating profit or loss, funding charges and trading fees continue to affect Balance or Equity, and the position remains included in risk calculations.

Holding through Settlement Time does not create a fresh risk-free allowance. The trader should monitor how the open position interacts with the new starting Balance after the daily update.

Can I trade during weekends and important news releases?

Hash Hedge does not generally prohibit weekend trading or activity during major news events. Cryptocurrency markets operate continuously, giving traders the ability to manage positions outside traditional market hours.

Volatility, spreads, liquidity and slippage can change significantly during news announcements or low-volume weekend periods. The absence of a time restriction does not remove the loss limits or responsibility for execution risk.

Is spot trading available?

The standard Hash Hedge trading environment is based on futures trading rather than direct spot-asset ownership. Positions provide exposure to price movements, but the user is not purchasing cryptocurrency for withdrawal to a personal wallet.

Hash Hedge Fees, Funding and Withdrawals

Which fees can affect a Hash Hedge account?

Trading commissions and periodic funding charges can affect both Balance and Equity. Fees may be applied when positions are opened or closed, while the funding rate applies according to the instrument and platform schedule. These costs are included in risk calculations even if the position-history PnL is displayed separately.

Current fee and funding information is available in the Fees and Funding Rate guide. Traders should check the actual rate before entering a position because charges can change and may differ between instruments.

Are There Withdrawal Limits?

Yes. The published commercial conditions specify a minimum withdrawal of $100 and a maximum withdrawal of $10,000 from one account during a 14-day period. The account must also satisfy its Profit Share Day, verification and compliance requirements.

A withdrawal request can be rejected or delayed when the balance does not meet the minimum, the selected payout date has not arrived, verification is incomplete or the account is under review. The current Trader dashboard should be checked before planning a withdrawal because payout rules may be updated.

When can a funded trader request a payout?

The withdrawal guide requires the trader to select a Profit Share Day in the dashboard. The available date can fall between the 14th and 60th day after the first trade. If the account is not profitable on the selected day, the payout date may automatically move forward.

After an eligible request and the required information are submitted, the official guide describes transfer to the trader’s wallet within 72 hours. The exact payout share and network should be confirmed in the account before submission.

Are Challenge profits withdrawable?

No. Profit displayed during the Challenge and verification stages is part of a simulated evaluation and has no automatic cash value. Withdrawals relate to eligible Trader-account profit after the required stages, review and payout conditions have been completed.

Final Overview

Hash Hedge allows traders to purchase Challenges with USDT, trade through a browser-based futures platform and work toward a funded Trader account. To advance, users must reach the required profit target, complete the minimum trading days and remain within every loss limit.

Daily Loss is based on Current Equity compared with the Balance at the start of the day, and the official guide currently places the update at 00:13 UTC+4. Open positions, fees and funding remain relevant to the calculation. Weekend trading, news trading, multi-day holding and same-account hedging are generally available, but cross-account hedging and other prohibited practices can lead to disqualification.

Before starting, read the rules attached to the chosen plan and use the Hash Hedge platform to check current account conditions. If the dashboard and an older FAQ differ, request written clarification from official support before trading.
